| Design |
Each
new dock is designed on a CAD system and the schematics are thoroughly reviewed with each
customer before installation begins. |
| Materials |
Highest
Quality Materials- We strive to constantly find suppliers with the highest quality
materials at the best price and pass this high quality/best savings onto our customers. |
| Construction |
Welding
vs. Bolts- Appropriately connecting vital stress points with a solid weld instead of bolts
contributes to the longevity of docks, as nuts gradually come loose after months and years
of movement. |
Placement of Posts-
Strategically placing each support post inside the frame of the dock makes each dock more
stable and ultimately extends the life of the dock. |
| Experience |
Experienced,
Professional Installers- We dont hire seasonal help and each of our
designers, metal fabricators, carpenters and installers are tenured employees of Table
Rock Boat Dock Works. |
Our Consultative Process
Unlike
many dock installers, we do not employee commissioned sales agents to acquire new sales,
making for a much more pleasant and tolerable sales experience. Each of our customers is treated with respect and
professionalism, as we prefer to employ a consultative relationship with each of our
customers. This includes potentially offering
multiple products/solutions that meet customer needs both practically and financially.
